At Dear Paris, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review the information below regarding shipping, processing times, and delivery expectations.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, new collection launches, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days (if available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries.
International customers are responsible for:
- customs duties,
- import taxes,
- VAT,
- and any additional carrier fees required by their country.
Dear Paris is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
Dear Paris is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@dearparis.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Dear Paris is not responsible for:
- lost or stolen packages marked as delivered,
- shipping carrier delays,
- weather-related delays,
- or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dearparis.com with:
- your order number,
- photos of the damage,
- and packaging photos if possible.
We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Certain items may be marked as pre-order or part of limited collections.
Estimated shipping dates for these items will be noted on the product page. Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and supplier fulfillment.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items become available.
