At Dear Paris, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- United States Returns
For returns originating within the United States, an $8 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- International Returns
For orders shipped outside of the United States, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any customs charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns, as Dear Paris is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@dearparis.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you wish to return
- reason for return
If approved, we will send your return instructions and label.
Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges due to limited inventory and rotating collections.
If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dearparis.com with:
- your order number,
- photos of the item,
- and photos of the packaging if applicable.
We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within a short window after purchase before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@dearparis.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary
